The U.S. Department of State announced the selection of Kathleen Rose McGovern, of Norwell, for a 6-week English Language Specialist project focusing on how to design and implement engaging online language instruction in Iraq, in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and U.S. Embassy in Iraq.
