Primary duties may include:

  • Providing teacher training opportunities focused on current TESOL methods and effective classroom practices
  • Teaching EFL courses to build proficiency across the four language skills
  • Developing teaching approaches that incorporate the educational technologies and tools available at the university

Secondary duties may include providing English language learning and cultural program support at the American Corner or Information Resource Center, performing outreach and training outside of the capital, supporting and mentoring local TEFL professional organizations, and identifying English language learning opportunities/programs for government officials.
