Advanced Level English Students at America House Jerusalem Make Dream Boards

Fellow Kelle Mason led a vision board activity for her advanced level English class at America House Jerusalem. Mason played the song “Dream Like Mine” by Bruce Cockburn for her students who then analyzed the lyrics and discussed how powerful it is to have dreams. Next, students wrote about their own personal dreams which guided them in making their own vision boards.

Mason then read a story with her students about a woman who used her dream board to help guide her daily actions. She set goals for herself, and then the dream board allowed her to focus on achieving them. Students were enthusiastic about the activity and excited to start using their own boards to set goals for themselves.
