English Language Fellow Robert Cunningham conducted a Community of Practice (COP) Orientation in Yangon, Burma, for six local English language instructors who were chosen to be part of the planning stage for the year-long project.

Cunningham provided training in action research and explained other requirements for being a part of the COP. At the end of the orientation, participants were familiar with participating in online modules and looked forward to attending future international conferences. The Community of Practice members were excited for the educational events to come.
