Specialist Returns to João Pessoa to Help Organize English Teachers’ Conference

English Language Specialist Laura Mizuha returned to Brazil for one month in 2016 to organize and host one of the biggest events of the year. This event was for English Teachers in Paraiba, and was called the Third EPPI (Encontro Paraibano de Professores de Inglês = Paraiban English Teacher’s Event) Conference.

At the event there were representatives from two American Consulates, the State Secretary of Education, and over 300 registered participants. This event highlighted the hard work and creativity of teachers as well as student-teachers in regards to English Language Teaching.
